RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
Crossroads Clothing wants you to love your product! However, if there is a discrepancy of any kind, we want to help in resolving it. Please send email to email@example.com to express discrepancy within 15 days from the purchase date.
If you are not satisfied with your ordered Items, you have 15 days from the purchase date to return it to us. Return merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and in applicable original packaging.
You are responsible to pay for the shipping for your return item. A Return Label will only be provided when we made the mistake.
Returns will be processed after our warehouse has inspected the items and declares the items are in their original condition. Please allow 3 business days from when it is delivered for your return to be processed.
When email is sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, the return shipping address will be emailed directly to you.
In the event your item is damaged, or you received the incorrect item or size, or any other mistake on our part. We will pay for the Return Label.
Your return must be shipped within 5 days of the Return Label being generated. Items must be shipped and received before a refund is issued. We recognize not all issues are created equal so if you find yourself in a unique situation never hesitate to contact us!
